Between ₹35,000 and ₹1,28,000 for the event, depending on how many guests you have and how central the bar is to the night. That is the whole answer. The rest of this page is why the number lands where it does — and why it looks nothing like the per-hour figures published elsewhere.
Read the unit first
This is the single most common way a host ends up comparing two quotes that were never comparable. A per-hour rate prices one person’s time: multiply it by how many people you need and how many hours the night runs, then keep going, because everything the bar is made of is still unarranged. A per-event price is the whole thing, settled in one number. Neither is dishonest — but a small hourly figure beside a full event price is an arithmetic trap, not a saving.
| What the night needs | A per-hour rate | A Cordial Bar Level |
|---|---|---|
| The people pouring | Covered | In the price |
| The bar counter itself | Yours to arrange | In the price |
| Glassware, in the quantity a room gets through | Yours to arrange | In the price |
| Mixers, soda, soft drinks, tonic and juices | Yours to arrange | In the price |
| Water and ice for the whole service window | Yours to arrange | In the price |
| Garnish, syrups and fresh ingredients | Yours to arrange | In the price |
| Set-up before the guests arrive | Yours to arrange | In the price |
| Clear-down after the last pour | Yours to arrange | In the price |
Which is why Cordial quotes one figure for the event. You are not buying hours of someone’s time; you are buying a night that works, and the things that make it work are not optional extras that appear on a second invoice.
The starting numbers
A clean, reliable bar service for straightforward events, with the operating essentials covered.
A polished Cordial Experience with a bar counter, customised cocktails and a curated service setup.
The complete Cordial centerpiece — full premium setup, signature counter and full-service team.
Counts in between are priced by interpolating the two published rates either side, so nothing jumps at a threshold. The pricing page carries the full table cell by cell, along with every add-on rate.
The four levers
Everything behind the counter scales with it: the size of the Full-Service Bar Team, how much glassware is in rotation, how much ice and how many mixers a night gets through. Doubling from 50 to 100 guests takes the Signature Bar Service from ₹45,000 to ₹75,000.
The Bar Level is the difference between quiet service at the side of the room and the thing the party is built around. At 100 guests that spread runs from ₹60,000 to ₹90,000.
Host-Managed Alcohol is the default and adds nothing. Regulatory Facilitation is ₹12,000 and Alcohol Availability Facilitation ₹18,000 — both are help with a process set by the state, not the alcohol itself, which is never inside the price.
Published unit prices, added to the line as you select them rather than as a percentage at the end — a Shooter Gang at ₹5,000, an Extra Bartender at ₹6,000 per bartender, a Backdrop Bar from ₹5,000.
What doesn’t move it: choosing a fuller Drink Menu, asking for a themed recommendation, or adding event details to sharpen your Quote Accuracy. Those are all free, because they cost the team judgement rather than stock.
Worked examples
Each of these is run through the same calculation the booking flow uses. Configure the same choices yourself and you will land on the same number.
A terrace, a guest list that mostly knows each other, and a bar that has to be good without taking over the evening.
The formalities are over and the real celebration starts. The counter is the centre of the room and the shooters are working the edges.
Everyone in one room once a year, a headcount that has to be served fast, and a floor that has to be left exactly as it was found.
Alcohol sits outside every one of those totals. Host-Managed Alcohol is the default and the most common choice, and what you spend on the drink itself is yours to decide rather than something Cordial marks up.
Cost questions
Because they are a different unit. A per-hour rate prices one person's time; it does not include the counter, the glassware, the mixers, the soda, the water, the ice, the garnish or the crew around them, and it multiplies by hours and by heads. Cordial publishes a per-event price that already covers all of that, which is why the two figures look nothing alike even when the evening they buy is similar.
At 100 guests the Basic Service Pack is ₹60,000, the Signature Bar Service ₹75,000 and the Premium Bar Setup ₹90,000. Each figure covers the Full-Service Bar Team, the setup and service, glassware, mixers, soda and soft drinks, water, ice and the bar essentials that run the night. Alcohol is separate — that is either Host-Managed Alcohol or one of the two support options.
Four things, in order. Guest count sets the size of the Full-Service Bar Team and how much glassware, ice and mixers move across the night. The Bar Level decides whether the bar is quiet service or the centrepiece. Who arranges the alcohol adds ₹12,000 for Regulatory Facilitation or ₹18,000 for Alcohol Availability Facilitation, and nothing at all for Host-Managed Alcohol. Add-ons are published unit prices, added to the line as you pick them.
Yes — 50 guests is the floor, and below that the 50-guest rate is what applies, because the crew, the counter and the essentials that make an event bar an event bar don't get smaller than that. Above 200 guests the configurator shows an estimate the team confirms with you rather than a tabulated rate.
Not by the hour, because the price isn't built by the hour. A Bar Level covers the event's service window as planned with the team, so a celebration that runs long doesn't quietly meter upward while it does. What does move the number is scale — more guests, more service, more of everything behind the counter — which is what the Bar Configuration asks you for.
Alcohol itself, which is either Host-Managed Alcohol or one of the two support options, and anything the venue charges you directly. Everything needed to run the bar — the team, the setup, glassware, mixers, soda and soft drinks, water, ice, garnish and the bar essentials — is inside the Bar Level rate rather than added afterwards.
