Bartenders for corporate events and company parties

You are organising this on top of your actual job, and you will be asked what it costs before you are asked whether it was good. So the price is published, the invoice goes to the company, and the crew arrives early enough that nothing about the evening is your problem.

What you actually need

Six things a company booking turns on

The number for your approval

What a corporate event bar costs

Priced per event rather than per hour, so the figure already covers the Full-Service Bar Team, the counter, glassware, mixers, soda, water and ice. Most company events land on the Signature Bar Service.

Cordial package rates in rupees for corporate events, by Bar Level and headcount
Bar Level50 guests100 guests150 guests200 guests
Basic Service Pack₹35,000₹60,000₹70,000₹77,000
Signature Bar Service₹45,000₹75,000₹90,000₹1,05,000
Premium Bar Setup₹60,000₹90,000₹1,10,000₹1,28,000

Headcounts between these columns are priced by interpolating the two rates either side. The cost guide explains what moves the number, and the pricing page carries every add-on rate in the open.

Company nights we plan for

How it runs on the day

Nobody from your team has to run the bar

The crew arrives ahead of the guests and builds the Signature Cocktail Counter while the room is still being set. Welcome Shots run at the door as people arrive, so the evening starts at the entrance rather than forty minutes in. Through the night the Full-Service Bar Team pours to the Drink Menu you chose, the Shooter Man works the edges of the room where colleagues have gone quiet, and the Sheesha Corner takes the later hours once the counter quietens.

At the end the crew clears down completely — glassware, counter, ice, everything — because an office floor or a hotel ballroom has to go back to the state it was signed for. The only thing left for you is the booking summary, which lands by email with the Bar Configuration exactly as it was confirmed.

Corporate questions

What organisers ask before they approve it

Do you invoice the company, and can we get a GST invoice?

Yes. A corporate booking is invoiced to the company against the confirmed Bar Configuration, with the applicable taxes shown as their own line rather than folded into the number, and the team can carry your GSTIN, purchase order or vendor reference on the invoice. Tell the team what your finance desk needs when you book, so the paperwork matches the approval you already have.

How much does a bartender for a corporate event cost?

The same published rates every Cordial booking is quoted from, priced per event rather than per hour: at 50 guests the Basic Service Pack is ₹35,000, the Signature Bar Service ₹45,000 and the Premium Bar Setup ₹60,000, scaling with headcount — a Signature Bar Service for 100 guests is ₹75,000. Most company events land on the Signature Bar Service. You see the figure before you commit and before it goes to anyone for approval.

What happens if our final headcount changes?

Guest count is the single biggest lever on the price, so it is the one thing worth updating. Cordial publishes rates at 50, 100, 150 and 200 guests and prices everything in between by interpolating them, which means a headcount that moves by twenty doesn't jump you into a different bracket — the number moves smoothly and you see the revised Final Configured Price before it is confirmed.

How far in advance should a company book an event bar?

As soon as the date is approved internally. Year-end weeks and the December calendar fill first, and a date is only held once Cordial confirms availability against the booking. The Bar Configuration itself takes about two minutes, there is no payment to enquire, and the details — theme, drink menu, timings — can be settled long after the date is secured.

Can you work with our venue, hotel or office facilities team?

Yes, and it is usually the quickest part. Add the venue to your Bar Configuration and the team coordinates load-in, service window and clear-down directly with the property or your facilities contact. Offices and hotels often have rules about outside bar service, service lifts and how late a room may run; the team confirms what is workable before your quote is final.

Can you serve a room where plenty of people aren't drinking?

That is the normal corporate room, and it is why the Zero-Proof Bar is a real part of the Drink Menu rather than an afterthought. Built mocktails come off the same counter, with the same garnish and glassware, so nobody is standing there holding a plastic cup of soft drink. Choosing a fuller Drink Menu doesn't change the price either way.

Get the number first. Book it when it’s approved.

Enter your headcount and a Bar Level, add the date and venue, and take the Final Configured Price into your approval. There is no payment to enquire.
